1. What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from evilmushroomgames.com you may return it to us. We will give you a full refund below less any carriage costs but subject to the conditions below.

The goods are unopened and in their original condition

All parts are returned
The goods are returned within 30 days.

2. How do I return an item

Please return your order including your invoice to us by a method which requires a signature and retain proof of posting. We will not be responsible for any returns which do not arrive. It will be your responsibility to contact your courier for compensation should the goods not arrive.

All goods will be inspected upon arrival at Evil Mushroom Games. Should they be found to be damaged, opened or not in the original packaging or with parts missing then we may reduce the level of refund.

Please note that from the date that we receive your return, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank directly for further details.

3. Have you received my returned item?
You will receive an Email once your return item has been received back at Evil Mushroom Games.

4. My Evil Mushroom Games order has arrived and is faulty, what should I do?
