Refund and Returns Policy


At Evil Mushroom Games, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to assist!


Returns and Refunds Timeline
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we don’t process requests after this period.


Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must keep the item in its original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for the following items due to their nature or safety concerns:

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards.

Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds under these circumstances:

  • The item shows signs of use.
  • The item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition (and the issue wasn’t our fault).
  • You initiate the return after 30 days, but we approve it under special circumstances.

How to Return an Item

  1. Prepare Your Return: Include your receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure the item meets our return criteria.
  2. Contact Us: Email us at order@evilmushroomgames.com for help and to get a return authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether we approved or rejected your refund. For approved refunds, we will credit your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Delayed Refunds
If you don’t see your refund, try these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
  3. Speak with your bank about the processing status.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items for free. To start an exchange, contact us at order@evilmushroomgames.com.


Gifts
If you marked your item as a gift when you purchased it:

  • We will refund approved returns as a gift credit, and we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
  • If you didn’t mark the item as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.

Sale Items
Refunds only apply to regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
